- Take a pan...add milk and khoya...stir continuously.
- When milk get hot.now add paneer...stir continuously.
- When three ingredients resemble....add curd in batches.
- When mixture get granulated..stop pouring curd...stir continuously.

- When sugar completely dissolve add ghee...stir again.
