- It's 1/2 packet of Plain Noodles.

- Boil noodles and drain..
- Wash twice with cold water and rub oil with hand to avoid sticking..
- Heat oil in pan..
- Put crushed garlic and saute..
- Add chopped onions and chopped vegetables like carrot, Capsicum and cabbage..
- Add boiled noodles and fry on high flame for 3 minutes..
- Add soya sauce and tomato sauce..
- Knead a soft dough from maida, oil and water..
- Make lemon size balls from dough..
- Roll out balls like chapati and cut from middle..
- Put fried noodles on rolled semi-circle chapaties..
- Fold it in triangle shape..
