- Take all-purpose flour in a big bowl..
- Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil and onion seeds..
- Mix well and knead a soft dough with help of water..
- Leave it for 30 minutes..
- Boil potatoes and peel it...
- Heat oil in a pan..
- Splutter cumin seeds..
- Add chopped onion and fry for a minute..
- Add turmeric and chilli powder..
- Add garam masala and salt..
- Add peas and peanuts..
- Add cashews, raisins and some water and cook till peas are done..
- Mash boiled potatoes..
