Ingredients of Masala Chai
- It's of Tea leaves (2 teaspoon).
- Prepare of Sugar (2 teaspoon).
- Prepare of Ginger (1 inch).
- It's 1-2 of Elaichi(Cardamom).
- It's 3-4 of long pepper.
- Prepare of Milk (3cups).
- You need of Water (1.5cups).
Masala Chai instructions
- Take water and add crushed ginger, Elaichi, long pepper and let that boil..
- Now add Tea leaves and sugar and wait for 5 minutes (but don't let your eyes off of it).
- After that add milk and let that boil for 2 minutes or so. Then turn the flame off and take a nice Chuski 😉.
