- You need 1 cup of milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare 2 tsp. of Black tea.
- Prepare 2 tsp. of Sugar (as per your taste).
- You need 1 of cloves.
- It's 1 inch of ginger.
- You need 1 inch of dalchini.
- Prepare 2-3 of cardamom.
- Prepare 4-5 of tulsi leaves.(holi basil).

- Heat water in pan. Add lemongrass strips cut in to small piece, tulsi,cloves, grated ginger, black tea, cardamom powder, dalchini powder, sugar and bring to boil..
- Add milk and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame. Now strain the tea and keep aside..
- Heat a clay mug on direct flame until very hot from all the sides..
- Keep rotating the mug while heating..
- Now keep the hot clay mug in a pan..
- Pour the tea in the hot mug.let is sizzle for minute..
- Now pour the tea in another small clay mug (kulhad) and serve...
