- Take a.pan add water,sugar& green cardamom,Boil till sugar is dissolved in the water,remove &add kesar strands & let it cool down..
- Now knead the dough again & divide it to equal parts & give them ball shape..
- With ur thumb,make an indent in the centre..
- Pour desi ghee in a karahi &heatup..
- Now add one by one drop balushahi in it..
- When it turns golden in colour,take them out & put on a tissue paper..
- Now add them in the prepared syrup & remove them after few minutes from the syrup & granish with dry almonds & pistachios..
