- In a medium Heat pan add flour.roast it slowly..
- When it changes it's colour like Brown,add ghee & roast it again for 5 miniutes..
- Now remove it from the flame..
- Let it Cool.now add sugar..
- Add all dry fruits & other things..
- Keep it for long time,it is safe for fifteen days..
- Although it is used in Pooja or Katha time,yet it is healthy dry snacks..
- We often use it in evening time snacks with 1 cup of milk..
