Ingredients of Chocolate coconut ladoo
- It's 1 cup of Fresh grated coconut.
- You need 1 cup of Mawa / whole dried milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Cocoa powder.
- It's 3/4 cup of Sugar.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of Raisins.
- You need 2 tbsp of Cashew nuts.

Chocolate coconut ladoo step by step
- Remove the skin of the coconut..
- Peel and grate the coconut..
- Take a pan add grated coconut saute for one to two mins..
- Add whole dried milk / mawa and sugar and stir continuously till the sugar melt and coconut and whole dried milk / mawa mixed well.
- Add cocoa powder and mix well.
- The solution will start to thicken switch off the gas..
- Add cardamom powder and raisins and mix well..
- When it cools,shape it into ladoo..
- Garnish with cashew nuts.
You can also make excellent chocolate. In pan take condensed milk and combine it with desiccated coconut. Let the mixture get warm and then shape into small balls. Roll them up in a dry coconut powder and keep aside. Serve then garnished with tender rose petals.
