Ingredients of Crunchy Sev

  1. Prepare 2 bowl of Besan / gram flour.
  2. You need 1 pinch of Baking soda.
  3. Prepare 1 TSP of Red chilli powder.
  4. It's 1 TSP of Turmeric powder.
  5. Prepare 1/2 TSP of Salt.
  6. Prepare 2 TSP of Hot oil for moyan.
  7. It's 250 gram of Oil for deep fry.
  8. You need 1/2 TSP of Garam masala.

Crunchy Sev step by step

  1. Add all ingredients except 250 gram oil and mix well.
  2. Add water little by little to make medium hard dough Cover it for 15 minutes.
  3. Now heat oil on medium flame and make the dough little soft by kneading with wet hands.
  4. Fill the dough in Sev mould and make Sev in hot oil.
  5. When you turn the Sev slow the flame and deep fry from both sides till it becomes crunchy.
  6. Crunchy Sev is ready for serving.
