- You need 2 cups of tea.
- It's 11/2 cup of milk.
- You need 3/4 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 of small piece of cinnamon.
- Prepare 1 inch of ginger rougly crushed.
- You need 1 tsp of strong tea powder or as per taste.
- It's 11/2 tsp of sugar.
- It's 1 pinch of cardamom pwder.
- It's 3-4 of Safforn strands (optional).
Tandoori Masala Tea instructions
- Add Water in vessel and put it on flame..
- When it started boiling add cinnamon, cardamom and crushed ginger in it. Let it boil for 1 minute..
- Add Tea powder or dry tea leaves in it. Add cardamom powder and saffron strands and sugar. Let it boil.
- Add milk. Stir it let it boil..
- Take one kulhad and put it on gas burner.Heat it from all the sides,inside as well..
- Strain ready tea..
- Keep hot kulhad in large bowl or any vessel..
- Pour tea in kulhad carefully..
- Serve it hot.
