Falsay ka Sharbat instructions

  1. Throughly wash falsa and keep on strainer to drain excess water.add falsa in blender.
  2. Add powdered sugar in blander +black salt & water.blend it well..
  3. Spread muslin cloth (malmal ka kapra) over a bowl.pour juice over it.lift up the cloth carefully & squeeze it gently.you can use strainer (channi) as well.channi use krain tu end main hand ki madad sy sary phook ko achi tarha press krain so that juice nicely squeeze hojye.
  4. Squeeze all juice from cloth till no more drips from it.all the fiber from juice stays in cloth to be discarded later..
  5. Add ice cubes to juice & enjoy chilled falsy ka sharbt with Cookpad.Did not use food colour or lal sharbt.if you like you can add. To me Falsa flavour should persist in juice..
