Ingredients of Til ladoo

  1. It's 500 gm of Sesame seeds.
  2. You need 300 gm of Jaggery.
  3. You need As needed of chopped almonds.
  4. It's As needed of chopped cashews.
  5. Prepare As needed of chopped peanut.
  6. Prepare As needed of coconut powder.
  7. You need 2 tsp of ghee.
  8. It's 1 cup of water.

Ladoo made with Til and Gur(jaggery) mixed together is definitely prepared on Makar Sankranti. Til gur ladoo is also called Tilkut. It is very easy to make these Ladoo. Motichoor or Besan Ladoo is also a similar preparation where instead of green gram flour, yellow gram flour (Besan) is used to prepare the Laddu.

Til ladoo step by step

  1. Take A pan add til and fry for 5 min comes light brown colour and take out a bowl for cool and keep aside it.
  2. Take another pan add ghee and jaggery and put water gud dissolved and when bubbles comes up and mixed it for 5 min then off the flame.
  3. And then put into til in jaggery mixture also add chopped almonds, cashews, peanut and coconut powder and mix it well.
  4. And after that u can apply water in ur hands and then take the mixture in hand and give them shape as you like.,and til ladoo is ready to eating.
