Ingredients of Masala Tea
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- It's 1 cup of water.
- It's 1 tsp of Tea leaves.
- It's 1 tsp of Sugar.
- It's 2"piece of Ginger.
- You need 2 of green cardamoms.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Fennel seeds.
- You need 4 pieces of Black pepper.
- You need 2 of cloves.
Masala Tea step by step
- Mix water and milk in a pan and boil for two minutes..
- Grind ginger, cardamoms, fennel seeds, cloves and black pepper and add in water and milk mixture..
- Boil this mixture for 5 minutes on low flame or till it turn light brown colour..
- Add one spoon sugar and 1 spoon tea leaves and boil it for 2 minutes on low flame..
- Sieve in a glass and serve hot with biscuits..
