- Wash and soak chana dal for 5 hours..
- You can use same soaked water or add more water if required and cook chana for about 6 to 7 whistles in a pressure cooker until it becomes soft when you mush it..
- On the other hand start chopping onion, tomatoes and corrainder leaves..
