- It's 4 cups of milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of custard powder.
- It's 1 tsp of tea masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of tea leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- You need To taste of sugar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped cashews.
- You need 2 tbsp of chopped almonds.
- You need 2 tbsp of chopped pistachio.
- You need 2 tbsp of resins.
- It's 3-4 drops of vanilla essence.

Masala tea custard instructions
- Take water in a vessel add tea leaves and tea masala to it,boil for 2min.And strain the water keep aside.
- Take milk in a deep sauce pan mix custard powder,milk powder in it and put pan on the burner for cooking.
- Add sugar and tea leaves extract to the milk custard mixture,stir continuously and cook it on medium flame.
- Add cashews almond pistachio resins and vanilla essence to it mix well and cook,till mixture become thick in consistency.
- Switch off the flame let custard cools down properly,put it in fridge for chilling,pour in glasses garnish with fresh cream and pieces of plum,MASALA TEA CUSTARD ready to serve.
