  1. It's 4 cups of milk.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of custard powder.
  3. It's 1 tsp of tea masala.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of tea leaves.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
  6. You need To taste of sugar.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped cashews.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of chopped almonds.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of chopped pistachio.
  10. You need 2 tbsp of resins.
  11. It's 3-4 drops of vanilla essence.
  12. You need 4-5 tbsp of milk powder.
  13. It's As required of fresh cream and plum for garnish.

Masala tea custard instructions

  1. Take water in a vessel add tea leaves and tea masala to it,boil for 2min.And strain the water keep aside.
  2. Take milk in a deep sauce pan mix custard powder,milk powder in it and put pan on the burner for cooking.
  3. Add sugar and tea leaves extract to the milk custard mixture,stir continuously and cook it on medium flame.
  4. Add cashews almond pistachio resins and vanilla essence to it mix well and cook,till mixture become thick in consistency.
  5. Switch off the flame let custard cools down properly,put it in fridge for chilling,pour in glasses garnish with fresh cream and pieces of plum,MASALA TEA CUSTARD ready to serve.
