Ingredients of Crunchy Biscuit Bhel

  1. Prepare of Chutney for bhel.
  2. Prepare 3 of tbsp sev.
  3. You need 2 of green chillies.
  4. You need 1 of tsp jeera powder.
  5. You need 4 of garlic cloves.
  6. It's 1/2 of Inch ginger.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of coriander leaves.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  9. It's to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 8-10 of Salted biscuits 12 crushed (any savoury biscuits u can use).
  11. You need 2 tbsp of salted boondi (khara boondi).
  12. You need 3 tbsp of cucumber chopped.
  13. It's 3 tbsp of onion chopped.
  14. You need 3 tbsp of tomatoes chopped.
  15. It's 2 tbsp of masala chana dal.
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp of salted peanuts.
  17. You need 2 tbsp of finely chopped raw mango(opt).
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp of sev.
  19. You need 1 tbsp of tamarind dates chutney (imli khajoor chutney).
  20. It's For garnishing of Coriander leaves.
  21. You need 3 tbsp of cheese biscuits (cheeselings).

Crunchy Biscuit Bhel instructions

  1. Add the first 8 ingredients in mixer grinder and course grind this(do not add water while grinding).
  2. Add 3 tbsp of this chutney in a bowl & to this add 1 to 2 tbsp water(dont add more water ur bhel will be soggy).
  3. Now take a big bowl and add all the remaining ingredients follwed by imli & grinded chutney.
  4. Garnish with few chopped coriander leaves & sev.
  5. Tempting bhel is ready to serve, serve it immediately!.
  6. Adjust green chillies as per ur taste.
