- In a pan, heat Oil. Add in the finely chopped Onions and let it brown. Next, add in Chilli flakes and stir again..
- Add in the turmeric and stir again. Add in the Gram Flour or Besan and roast it for about 3-4 minutes until the raw smell fades away. Let it roast on low flame and as a next step, add in 3 cups of water..
