- You need of milk, full cream.
- It's of Paan leaves puree.
- Prepare of Paan massala.
- Prepare of Condensed Milk.
- Prepare of almonds chopped.
- You need of cashew chopped.
- You need of pistachios, chopped.
- You need of fried golgappas.
- It's of Chocolate sauce.
- It's of (Slightly Coat the golgappas).

- Firstly, in a large thick pan boil milk..
- Boil the milk on low flame for 30 minutes or till milk reduces..
- Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking..
- Add Paan leaves pure and mix, stir well..
- Now add condened milk, 2 tbsp chopped cashew, almonds and pistachios.stir well..
- Now add paan masala and mix well..
- Boil for another 5 minutes..
- Finally,Paan basundi is ready.Serve chilled in Golgappas(chocolate coated)and garnished with few dry fruits and paan masala..
