- To prepare atta Nimki, you should prepare the atta dough by using water at first quantity wise and add few amount of black cumin seeds, olive oil, and a pinch of baking soda and salt to taste and smash it well, give it rest for 5 mins..

Then start to fry it in a oily pan by pouring there enough oil to fry them deeply or you can do shallow fry.
