Ingredients of Carrot Gulab Jamun with Mango Rabri
- Prepare of For carrot jamun.
- You need of Carrot jamun.
- It's 2 cup of grated carrot.
- It's 2 cup of crumbled bread.
- You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare of For sugar syrup.
- You need 2 cup of sugar.
- It's 3 cup of water.
- It's 1 tbsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 1 tsp of rose essence.
- It's of Oil/ ghee for frying jamun.
- Prepare 2 cup of ghee.
- You need 2 cup of oil.
- Prepare of Garnishing.
- You need 2 tbsp of chopped almonds.
- You need 2 tbsp of chopped pistachios.
Carrot Gulab Jamun with Mango Rabri instructions
- Take a vessel add grates carrot and crumbled bread and keep aside.
- Take a pan add grated carrot and saute till water evaporates from it. And keep aside to get it cool..
- Now add crumbled fresh bread and mix it adding cardamom powder and knead it smoothly and make small balls without having any cracks. Make small balls and keep aside.
- For sugar syrup take a pan keep it in highflame add sugar and water in it and boil it adding cardamom powder and rose essence.
- Take a kadai add ghee oil and keep it for heating. Place carrot Gulab jamun into and fry it in medium flame till it turns golden brown.
- Once it becomes golden brown place it in sugar syrup. And soak for half an hour. In between stir softly so that sugar absorbs all the side.
- Now take a serving bowl or plate pour mango rabri and palce gulab jamun in it and garnish with almonds and pistachios. Serve warm or chill !.
