- Keep filling in centre.fold lower side then left side and lock the stuffing..
- Upper side and right side make a thin stripe with the help of knife.now we weave like a mat..
- Now heat the oil in a wok.deep fry all the samosa on low to medium flame untill crisp and golden.serve it with chutney and sauce..
