Ingredients of Masala Chai
- It's 1 cup of Water.
- It's 1-1.5 cup of Milk.
- It's 3 tbsp of Sugar or to taste.
- It's 1 tbs of Chai patti.
- You need 2 of Cinnamon sticks.
- Prepare 3 of Green Cardamom.
- You need 4-5 of Cloves.
- You need 5-6 of Black pepper.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Dry ginger Powder.
Masala Chai instructions
- Add water in a vessel.
- Crushed black pepper, cinnamon sticks, Cloves, Cardamom coarsely.
- Add this Crushed spices and dry ginger Powder into the water.
- Add sugar and bring it to boil for 2 minutes and then add chai patti.
- Now add milk and stir continue for good flavor and spices.
- Let it boil for 3-4 minutes and keep stirring.
- Strain with strainer and serve hot.
