Ingredients of Chicken Samosa
- You need of Samosa Patti.
- It's 2 cups of boiled & shredded chicken.
- You need 1 cup of chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped cabbage.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped carrot.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Soya sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of green chilli sauce.
- You need as needed of Oil.
Chicken Samosa step by step
- Heat a pan put 1 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste and saute 2 mins then add all the veggies and saute 2 to 3 mins..
- Add salt and pepper mix it then add chicken and soya sos + green chilli sos mix and cook for 1 to 2 mins and let it cool..
- Take samosa patti make make samosa by filling chicken mixture..
- Stick them with (maida + water) paste..
- Heat oil and fry them on low to medium flame untill golden and crispy..
