  1. Soak idli rice for 4 hr..
  2. Grind grated coconut and idli rice..
  3. Keep it side for 8 hr...
  4. Add salt, sugar and soda and water..
  5. Mix it gently. It will be pouring consetency..
  6. Take appam pan. heat appam pan over medium flame and pour a ladlefull of batter into the pan..
  7. Immediately twirl the pan to spread the batter in a circle motion..
  8. Cover and simmer for about 2 minutes..
  9. Remove appam from the pan..

  19. Boil it again till vegetable complet cook..
  20. Now again add coconut thick milk, coconut oil, curry leaves. Mix it well. Off flame..
