- Prepare 1/4 th of sugar.
- Prepare 1 of apple finely chopped.
- It's 1/4 of condensed milk.
- It's 1 1/2 cup of full fat milk.
- You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need Pinch of saffron.

- Pressure Cook Quinoa for 3 whistles..
- In a pan, add ghee and chopped apple,cook for 5 mins.Then add quinoa, milk and bring them to boil.
- Add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder, condensed milk to the boiling mixture and simmer for 20 mins until it become thick in consistency..
- Turn off the stove, and add chopped nuts..
- Once it's cooled down, keep refrigerated for an hour before serving..
