Ingredients of Kaju Burfi

  1. Prepare 1 of medium size cup kaju.
  2. It's 1 pinch of saffron.
  3. It's to taste of Sugar.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of Water.
  5. It's 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  6. Prepare as needed of Cashews for garnishing.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Ghee.

Kaju Burfi step by step

  1. First coarsely blend the kaju(cashews).
  2. For sugar syrup. Take 1 small cup sugar. 1/2 small cup water. Boil the sugar syrup till the sugar dissolves properly. Once it is done..
  3. . Add Kaju. Mix.....properly. There will be no lumps on it..
  4. Cook till the Kaju mixture thickens. Continous stiring in low flame. Once it is done..
  5. Grease the plate with ghee. Transfer to a plate. When the mixture is slightly cool. Roll it with roller. Till it is set. Cut it into triangular shape..
  6. Once it is done. Transfer to a Serving plate. Decorate with cashew nuts. Ready to serve......
