  1. Wash the chicken and pat dry. Mix together ginger garlic paste, green chilli,coriander and mint leaves paste, curds,cream,garam masala powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, kasori methi and salt. Keep it for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
