- Grind the kaju and make powder of it. Dont make paste of it.
- Now in a non stick karai put sugar with 2 tbsp of water to melt it.
- After melting sugar add kaju powder and in low flame stirr continuously.
- After 10 to 12 mins the mixture will form a dough and separate from karai.
- Keep the dough on a greased plate and after little cooling knead it with hand.
- Now keep it on a butter paper and cover it with another one...with rolling pin make a rectangle shape in 1/2inch thickness.
- Now cut it barfi shapes and decorate with pista pieces..and make it cool.
- After cooling keep it in air tight container and enjoy it.
