Ingredients of Dryfruit Barfi

  1. Prepare 400 grams of deseedes khajur(dates).
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of ghee+1 tbsp for roasting.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of khuskhus (poppy seeds).
  4. It's 150 grms of mix dryfruits(almond cashews pistachio etc).

Dryfruit Barfi instructions

  1. In a blender put khajur and blend to a course mixture(donot make paste).
  2. Heat a pan dry roast the poppy seeds(khuskhus) remove and keep aside.heat 1 tbsp of ghee and roast dry fruits remove and keep aside..
  3. Now put 2 tbsp ghee and add khajur mixture saute for 2 to 3 mins the mixture becomes soft cook for 1 mins more then add dry fruits and half of khuskhus(keep other half aside).mix it well..
  4. Now remove in a plate.take all the mixture and make a big roll if it..
  5. On a clean surface sprinkle remaining khuskhus and roll your barfi on it very gently..
  6. Your barfi is ready now cut the roll into pieces and serve.
