- You need of Condensed Milk.
- Prepare of milk.

- Heat ghee in a pan and roast apple till it becomes dry and softens nicely. Off the flame now. Let it cool completely..
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil milk and keep simmering till it thickens and looks like rabri. Keep aside to cool completely..
- Now in a deep bowl add rabri, softened apple and rest mentioned ingredients except dry fruits. Mix it nicely..
- Now pour this ready payasam in serving cups and garnish with dry fruits and rose petals..
- Refrigerate it at least for 4 hours and let it set..
