- Add the grated coconut to a wide sauce pan.
- Add the organic jaggery powder.
- Keep stirring both,keeping the flame low.
- Add the cardamom powder.
- Keep stirring the mixture on low to medium heat till all comes together like a sticky mass. Takes around 10 to 12 minutes. Switch of and let it cool to handle easily..
- Cut the nuts and keep ready..
- Apply some ghee to your palms,take a small amount of coconut mixture and flatten a bit..
- Add a small spoon of nuts in the middle..
- Now roll into balls. That's it tasty stuffed jaggery laddoos are ready..
