- Prepare of milk.
- You need of makhana.
- Prepare of small cup chopped dry fruits.
- You need of big apple grated.
- It's of condensed milk.
- It's of kesar.
- You need of sugar.
- It's of mawa(khoya).
Apple makhana kheer step by step
- Dry Roast makhana till crisp and grind them into powder.
- Grate apple. Add ghee in a nonstick pan, add Grated apple and sugar to it. Cook them till apple are soft. Stir continuously so that sugar doesn't burn..
- Add chopped dry fruits to apple mixture and cook for 10mins. Turn off the flame and let it cool..
- Bring milk to boil..
- Add खोया and condensed milk..
- Cook milk till it's a bit thick. Add powdered makhana to it and cook it for 10-15mins or till you get a semi thick consistency..
- Off the flame, add apple mixture and mix well..
