- Prepare of Fresh paneer (chhena) made fm1 ltr full cream milk.
- You need 300 grams of condensed milk (sweet).
- You need 2 tablespoon of rose syrup.
- You need of few pistachios for garnishing.
Rose Kalakand step by step
- First of all grease a plate and Keep aside.
- Make chhena (paneer) fm full cream milk (1 ltr) by adding vinegar to boiling milk.
- Wash it with fresh water...sieve it through muslin cloth and remove all water by squeezing.
- Crumble it.
- Take condensed milk in a heavy bottom pan on medium flame...
- Add crumbled paneer to it add rose syrup.
- Mix well and cook till it becomes a thick mass Stirring constantly to prevent burning.
- Now spread this mass into greased plate..press it with flate bowl.
- Cut into desired shape and it is ready to serve..
