  1. Prepare 200 gms of Khoa / Milk powder (I used milk powder).

  2. In a wok, add egg mixture and cook it on low flame and keep stirring it until mixture become thick and crumbly. Add food color, cardamom powder and mix well..
  3. Cook until milk and sugar water dies up. Add dry fruits and cook on high flame until oil comes on surface. Make sure you don't burn the dish..
  4. Transfer to a greased dish and flatten the top evenly with the back of the spoon. Cut into desired shape. Allow to cool. Garnish with chopped dried fruits and serve..
