- Prepare 1/2 Cup of Fresh Curd.

- It's 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda.

- You need 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice.
I love badusha from my childhood,the time I even hate sweets. The reason is its not too sweet and mild in sweetness. Also I love both home made and the. Badusha, a deep fried doughnuts coated with sugar syrup.
Badusha instructions
- Take a bowl add all ingredients under Badusha other than Oil and mix to combine. Don't knead the dough. Just mix until all are combined well to form a smooth dough should neither be too soft nor too hard..
- Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 20 min..
- For Sugar syrup add Sugar, water, Cardamom powder and bring it to boil till it form 1 string consistency. (P.S. Syrup consistency can be same as the syrup we prepare for Gulab Jamun). Keep it aside..
- After 20 min Combine the dough once again for 1 min and start preparing small balls..
- Press the ball to become flat and just like vada jus punch at the center either to make a hole or almost slightly less than a hole..
- Take a pan, pour oil for deep fry..
- Once the oil is hot, Fry 4 or 5 at a time in low or medium flame only as the inner part should be fried well and should not taste raw..
- Keep frying by tossing them both sides. Fry until they are golden brown..
- Now remove from oil and transfer them to Sugar Syrup..
- Toss both sides and keep them for 2 or 3 min in the Syrup and remove them and allow to slightly cool down. Now badusha is ready to be served..
