Ingredients of Tikka Korma
- Prepare 300 grams of Chicken.
- You need 1/3 cup of Dahi.
- You need 1/3 cup of brown onion.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare as needed of Oil.
- You need 2 of potato.
- You need 1/4 cup of Tandoori masala.
- Prepare 1 & 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare As needed of Coriander leaves chopped.
Tikka Korma instructions
- Take Chicken into bowl add whisked dahi + ginger garlic paste + tandoori masala mix well and keep aside for 15 mins..
- Heat oil 1/4 cup add chicken and saute for 5 mins..
- Add water 1 glass and cook for 5mins..
- Then mash brown onion with hands and add to the chicken.cover and cook for 15 mins on low flame..
- Peel potato and cut into pieces(1 potato into 4 pieces).add water to the potato and cook till potato is completely cooked..
- Add potato to the korma and add coriander leaves cook another 2 to 3 mins and turnoff the flame..
- Serve the Tikka korma with rice...
