- Prepare 3 cups of Whole green moong.
- You need 1 cups of Moong Daal or Yellow Lentils.
- Prepare 2 cups of Spring onions chopped.
- You need 1/8 tsp of Asafoetida.
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric.
- Prepare 3-4 of Green chillies finely chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of Salt.

- Soak both the dals for 4-6 hours atleast..
- Grind them using as little water as possible so as to prevent the batter from getting watery..
