  1. Prepare 250 grams of palak/spinach.
  2. It's 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
  3. You need 1/2 spoon of green chilli paste.
  4. You need 1/2 spoon of garlic/ginger paste (Optional).
  5. It's 3 spoon of besan / gram flour.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  7. You need 3 spoon of rice flour.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
  9. You need as per taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare as per need of Oil to deep fry.

Crispy Spinach(jain/regular) instructions

  1. Take the fresh spinach leaf, chop in strips, wash properly and drain it..
  2. Then mix turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, carom seeds, rice flour, besan, salt in palak strips....
  3. For Jain add green chilli paste and for regular add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste. And mix well...
  4. Then in a wok heat oil take spinach mixture in hand, make a flat disk shape or give round ball shape..and deep fry in hot oil till 2 mins or it become crisp.
  5. Serve it hot or cold with mint chutney, tomato ketchup, masala curd or as a starter with soup...
