- Prepare 200 gms of boneless chicken, cut into cubes.
- You need 200 gms of medium sized prawns cleaned properly.

- Make a paste of pudina and coriander leaves with 2 green chillies, and marinate with the boneless chicken pcs. Add lemon juice and ginger/garlic paste and some salt.Now de vein the prawns and add lemon juice and ginger/garlic paste, salt and chilli powder. Heat a charcoal on the gas,till it becomes red hot. Put the charcoal in a steel bowl and put it in the centre of the marinated chicken and prawns..
