  3. You need 3 tbsp of thick yogurt.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of Ginger and garlic paste.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  7. It's 2 of green chilli a.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves paste.

  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of cornflour.
  13. You need 1 tsp of oil.
  14. You need 1 tbsp of butter.

Chicken Malai Tikka instructions

  1. Take a boneless chicken in a bowl add malai, curd, black pepper powder,ginger, garlic paste, garam masala, green chilli and coriander leaves paste, Salt to taste and lemon juice all the ingredients mix well make sure all the masala well coated on chicken now keep marinated chicken for 1and 1/2 hours.
  2. After 1and 1/2 hour later add 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp corn flour mix well take a skewers and place chicken 1 by 1 in a skewers.
  3. Now take a pan add 1 tsp oil and 1tbsp butter spread in pan.
  4. Now place tikka in hot pan first 2 minutes cook in high flame.
  5. After 2 mins turn tikka and cover the lid and cook for 5 min in a medium flame.
  6. After 5 mins cook in high flame until chicken is tender and soft.
