Ingredients of Chicken Malai Tikka

  1. Prepare 250 gms of Boneless chicken.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Yoghurt.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of Cream.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of Cheese.
  5. You need 1 tsp each of ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's 1 tsp of Crushed black pepper.
  7. You need 1/2 tbsp of Kasoori methi.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
  11. It's 2 tbsp of Cornflour.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
  13. It's as required of Butter.

Chicken Malai Tikka step by step

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients except cornflour & oil and mix them well..
  2. Keep it for marination for atleast 1hr..
  3. After marination,add oil & cornflour and mix well..
  4. Now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer,chicken is nicely marinated so it will pierce easily..
  5. Heat a pan,brush ¹/² tbsp butter & spread on it..
  6. Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter.(do not overcrowd the pan).
  7. Cover the lid and cook on high flame for 2 mins.After 2 mins,flip it..
  8. Simmer the flame & cook it for another 5 mins..
  9. After 5 mins,open the lid & cook it on high flame till all the water gets dry..
  10. Now heat a charcoal until it's red in colour.Place the coal in a steel glass & put it in the pan.Pour oil over it..
  11. Let it be covered for 2 mins.After 2 mins, remove the lid & serve the tikka with mint chutney..
