- You need 1-Cup of little sour curd.

- Roast suji on slow flame,grind sweet corn coarsely with red chilli & ginger put everything in a bowl add peanut powder,salt,curd,oil,sugar,little water & eno fruit salt mix well.
- Grease the ❤ shape mould and place in a boiled water kadai.pour ready dhokla batter in a mould sprinkle chilli flakes cover and steam dhokla for 25-30 minutes..
- Cool little & Unmould dhokla in a serving plate.For tempering heat oil add mustard,jeera,sesame,saunf,red chopped chilli,curry leaves.switch off flame and add hing.pour on dhokla with spoon.cut in pieces & serve hot tasty,sweet corn crunchy dhokla with green Chutney.
