- You need of amla.

- Boil amla with enough water and remove the seeds and grind to a pulp..
- Take this pulp in a vessel and put around 750 ml water..
- Then add rasam powder, jaggery, salt, turmeric and mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes..
- If amla is too sour u can add more water..
- Theh heat a small pan and put coconut oil and put mustard and allow to crackle..
- Then add hing and Curry leaves and pour this tempering on the rasam..
- Mix well and serve hot garnished with coriander with steamed rice..
