- In heavy bottom pan Take 1 liter milk without fat...boil it..then add one spoon lemon juice stir it and after min again add lemon juice..the milk will curdle and yellowish water will be separated..take out curdle milk in sieve..paneer is ready..
- Drain paneer...then mash it..In mashed paneer add salt, sugar powder, amchoor powder, jeera powder, chopped Coriander and mint leaves mix well and make smooth dough...
- Then grease your palm with oil and take some paneer and give a shape of tikki.. you can make a disc put a paneer piece and cover and make stuff tikki too.
- Then on non stick pan shallow fry the tikki from both side till golden brown..serve it with hot hot soups, mint Coriander chutney.
