Paneer tikkis instructions

  1. In heavy bottom pan Take 1 liter milk without fat...boil it..then add one spoon lemon juice stir it and after min again add lemon juice..the milk will curdle and yellowish water will be separated..take out curdle milk in sieve..paneer is ready..
  2. Drain paneer...then mash it...
  3. In mashed paneer add salt, sugar powder, amchoor powder, jeera powder, chopped Coriander and mint leaves mix well and make smooth dough...
  4. Then grease your palm with oil and take some paneer and give a shape of tikki.. you can make a disc put a paneer piece and cover and make stuff tikki too.
  5. Then on non stick pan shallow fry the tikki till golden brown..serve it with hot hot soups, mint Coriander chutney.
  6. You can make stuffing of green peas or cheese chilli ginger and garlic or roasted and crumbled dry fruits or potato or raw banana masala..can be served as chat by pouring sweet curd, imli chutney, mint chutey..in the below pic you can see piece of cheese stuffed...
  7. No araroot...no bread crumbs...no suji...no maida no corn flour...njoy the original taste of paneer...
  8. Time lessen if you use ready made paneer.. increase on basis of stuffing... quantity of Tillis varies on it's size..
