  1. Grind the grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies with sufficient water to a fine paste..
  2. Cut the vegetables into 3 inch long strips & washed them well..
  3. In a kadai heat sufficient water & add the vegetables. Cook the vegetables with turmeric powder & salt..
  4. When the vegetables are half cooked add the coconut,cuminseeds paste..
  5. Then add the whipped yogurt to the curry & cook for another few mints..
