- Add chicken in a bowl and apply ingredients listed under first marinade, refrigerate it for 20mins.

- Add marinated chicken pieces & veggies(capsicum,onion,tomatoes) mix well and refrigerate to marinate for 1-2hrs.
- Pre heat oven at 180 degree c.
- Skewer marinated chicken pieces & veggies onto satay sticks (skew them alternating veggies & chicken) and place on a wire rack in the pre heated oven,(keep a tray underneath to catch drippings) brush with some butter and bake for abt 15 mins or till chicken is browned on all sides and tender.
