- Stir while boiling.Mix in sugar & stir till dissolved.Add saffron,cardamom powder,almonds & pista & stir it..
- Take off from heat,stir it well & scrape off the cream from the edges & add the cream in it & stir it..
- Cool it to room temperature..
- Mix in Sitaphal pulp & pour it in a bowl & chill for 3-4 hours till very cold..
- Pour the mixture in individual serving bowls & garnish it with roasted almonds & pista flakes & decorate with rose petals.Serve chilled..
