Ingredients of Apple Rabdi
- It's 2 ltr of milk.
- It's 1- 1/4 cup of sugar.
- It's 1 of juicy Apple grated.
Apple Rabdi instructions
- Take milk in a pan.
- Boil it and stick the milk toppings on the sides of the pan with the help of a spatula.
- Repeat the steps till the milk remains 1/4 in the pan and layers of milk toppings become thick.
- Now add sugar and boil for 5-10 mins.
- Now switch off the flame and scrape the milk toppings.
- Cover the rabdi for ten minutes.
- Now take the rabdi in another pan and blend it little.
- Wait till it gets cool go room temperature.
- Now grate Apple and add it to the rabdi, stir well and refrigerate it for atleast 3-4 hours.
- Have it after cooling.
