  2. It's 2 tbsp of boiled kala chana(black chickpeas).
  3. It's 4 tbsp of hung curd.
  4. You need 1 of onion chopped finely.
  5. You need 1 of tomato chopped.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of coconut chopped finely.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of cilantro chopped.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of chaat masala.
  9. You need 1 of green chilli chopped finely (optional).
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp of black salt.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of aloo bhujiya (crispy potato sticks).
  14. You need 2 tbsp of sweet and sour tamarind (imli)chutney.

  1. Soak black chickpeas overnight or atleast 5 to 6 hours.Pressure cook chickpeas with little salt and 1/4 th cup water,4 to 5 whistles or till done.Boil potatoes and slice them into semi circles.Assemble all ingredients.Chop onion,cilantro.Make a tangy sweet and sour tamarind chutney by boiling tamarind with little salt, sugar,red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.Add 1 pinch red chilli powder and 1/4 th tsp cumin powder to curd.Add 1 tbsp water and mix well..
  2. Mix all ingredients in the sliced boiled potatoes.Toss well.Sprinkle pinch of red chilli powder and cumin powder.Then garnish with chopped coriander (cilantro) and aloo bhujiya. Serve chilled healthy potato salad..
